Jackshaft/Motor Plate Parts
- Jackshaft Spacer .500
Spacer is used to align the drive sprocket on the jackshaft with the driven sprocket on the axle. Different widths available from .250 to 1.250.
- Jackshaft plates are CNC machined from aluminum. The plate is pocket milled to reduce weight without sacrificing strength. The plate has slots for belt adjustment that are 2 1/2" long for a good selection of belts that will work well. Slots also allow the bearing block to move back and forth to adjust driven and sprocket location. Universal clamps are billet aluminum designed to fit 1 1/8" diameter tubing with a minimum 2 7/8" spacing. Bearing blocks are pocketed on under side for weight.
Jackshafts are made from ground and polished stress-proof material for high strength and bending resistance.
