- Lisle's Inner Tie Rod Tool Sets work on vehicles inner tie rods with inaccessible flats. These tool sets utilize the included crows feet to engage the wrench flats. The long socket slips over the tie rod end and connects to the crows foot. This allows the inner tie rod to be removed and installed without removing the rack. Since many inner tie rod end sockets do not have a complete hex on the full length of the socket, the rounded socket ends prevent access to the wrench flats. These tie rod sets get the job done easily, conveniently and saves time.
