These self-contained units have no moving parts to wear out so they provide many years of trouble-free service. Simply replace the points with the Unilite module, which consists of a photo coupler, signal processor, and power switch. The kits are designed for 12V negative ground systems and can drive both OE and high-performance ignition coils.
