Melling replacement cylinder liners provide an efficient and economical way to replace the cylinder sleeves needed for a quality engine rebuild. Melling cylinder liners are manufactured using the highest design capabilities, quality materials and workmanship. Melling cylinder liners are manufactured in both stock replacement and high performance brands and are available in universal flanged, finished, heavy duty and custom sized.Melling Cylinder Sleeves are made from centrifugal cast iron to tolerances as small as one half of one-thousandth of an inch using modern CNC equipment. The centerless OD grinding process results with a part that is exact to size specifications and is perfectly round. The material used machines easily with strength and durability similar to that of ductile iron.
