- G-Body Fuel Cells
- In-Tank Fuel Pump
- This fuel cell is custom-molded from high quality Cross-Link Polypropylene HPDE and is specifically designed to fit the spare tire well of the GM G-Body. The cell holds 6.2 gallons and weighs less than 8 lbs. The cell is molded with recesses for the included stainless steel hold-down straps and the kit includes an aircraft-grade fuel cap. This model is ideal for use as part of an auxiliary fuel system for use with high-octane fuel, or simply as a replacement for the heavy stock fuel tank in race applications.
Available in two configurations, one for use with an internal (stock-style) fuel pump which includes the Metco billet adapter that allows the use of the stock GM fuel pump hanger with a fuel cell. Any fuel pump that is compatible with the stock GM pump hanger will work with this fuel cell, including double-pumper set-ups. Also available in external fuel pump configuration and has a 3/4" NPT fitting cast into the bottom for use as an outlet.
Note: #MFC1000 In-tank fuel pump and fuel pump hanger shown is not included with this kit.
