Note: 2003.5-2004 models will require aftermarket engine tuning to use this product.
For 2003-2004 models, the engine's throttle body assembly must be removed from the intake manifold prior to installing this product, specific engine tuning will be needed once this throttle body assembly is removed.

The 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Intake Elbow has a tight bend that restricts airflow in its stock form. The Mishimoto Intake Elbow works with either the stock plastic or aluminum intake and allows for much greater airflow over the stock configuration. The elbow also has two pre-tapped 1/8" NPT sensor bungs suitable for sensors or injection systems. In addition to the elbow, each kit will come with a cold side silicone boot, O-ring gasket, constant tension t-bolt clamps and mounting hardware. The Mishimoto Intake Elbow comes in a polished, wrinkle black, or wrinkle blue finish and as always, includes the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
