Mittler Brothers Bead Roll Sets are CNC-machined from heat-treated steel for long life. Standard sets are designed for up to 19-gauge/.040" mild steel and for use with any 1-1/8" throat bead roller. Thicker metal (18-gauge/.050" and 16-gauge/.062") requires larger female roll to form a proper bead profile.

Edge Bead Roll Sets have a built-in edge guide to make a tough job much easier. Designed to roll a straightening bead around the edge of a panel. Also great for wheel well openings.

Nylatron is a strong plastic ideal for pre-finished materials, copper, brass, and thin aluminum. Most bead rolls are available in Nylatron and steel. For Nylatron rolls, place a "-D" at the end of the part number (e.g. #407-201-125 is steel, and #407-201-125-D is Nylatron).
