Built for 2001-2004 Ford Mustang w/TR-3650, this Modern Driveline external hydraulic slave cylinder kit is a common piece of Tremec and Ford 5-speed conversion projects: it converts a cable or mechanical release to an external hydraulic slave so a hydraulic master cylinder can operate the clutch fork.
