Medium strength blue threadlocker is the one you reach for on fasteners you expect to remove again, which is most of them. It cures in the threads to stop a bolt from walking out under vibration and seals the thread path against seepage, but it still lets go with normal hand tools instead of requiring heat. Chrysler service bulletins call this exact part out by number for jobs like water pump inlet tube fasteners.
