The rocker that drives the power sliding rear window lives in the instrument panel, and after years of use the contacts inside wear to the point where the glass only moves one direction or stops responding entirely. Swapping the switch is far cheaper than chasing the motor, and it is the first thing to rule out. This is the genuine Mopar replacement.
