This is the Rubicon electronic sway bar disconnect, not a conventional stabilizer bar. The actuator motor built into it is commanded by the Jeep's computer through a dashboard switch, letting the bar disconnect for extra articulation off road and reconnect for the drive home. When a Rubicon bar sticks and will not actuate, the motor is not serviced separately, so the whole assembly is replaced.

Assembly Details:

• Fits 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon models with the factory electronic disconnect.
• Includes the electronic actuator motor, which is not sold separately.
• Connects to the factory wiring and is commanded over the CAN bus via the dash switch.
• Not a direct fit on Sport or Sahara models with a fixed bar. Those lack the switch and programming, and retrofitting requires significant additional parts.
