ATF+4 is the fluid specified for most Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram automatic transmissions built from the late nineties onward, and it is not interchangeable with Dexron or Mercon style fluids. The friction modifiers in it are what the shift schedule and torque converter clutch calibration were developed around, so substituting a universal fluid commonly produces shudder or flare. This is the genuine Mopar fluid built to the factory material standard.

• Meets Chrysler Material Standard MS-9602-F.
