Bypass Hose & Fitting

This bypass hose can also be used on 5.2L and 5.9L Magnum engines and most HP intake manifolds but may require minor trimming to avoid kinking the hose at the bend (cut it slightly shorter on the short end closest to the preformed bend in the hose).
- Small-block Mopar engines (273/318/340/360 LA) use a special fitting in the intake manifold and a preformed hose that goes from the fitting to the water pump. These parts are tough to find and a standard heater hose won't bend sharp enough without kinking. Designed to work with this preformed hose, the fitting is shorter than most hose barbs.
