- Complete short block assemblies come completely assembled as follows:
- Blocks are bored .020'' oversize
- Properly clearanced crankshaft and connecting rods
- aluminum pistons and high-strength rings
- Hydraulic camshaft (requires new tappets, not included)
- Timing gears and chain
9.56'' deck height, 4.020'' bore, hydraulic roller cam, .501/.513'' lift @ valve, push rod head oiling. Balanced as pre-Magnum engines, and require the following components for proper balancing, (not included): 312-P5007301 Damper 312-P4529110 Flywheel, or 312-P4120241 Torque converter balance pkg.
