OIL COOLER HEADER INTL T444E• Moroso Part No. 27335 is a direct replacement for International Part No. 1805848C1• International has discontinued Part No. 1805848C1 so supplies of this failure prone part will start to dry up • The function of the Oil Cooler Header it caps off the end of the factory oil cooler and attaches to the engine block at the front of the block. It seals the engine oil and engine coolant from each other using the factory O-rings and the factory mounting gasket.• The factory International Oil Cooler Header is prone to leaking and cracking this could be a combination of a cast piece being subjected to continual vibration/harmonics and the quality of the casting itself.• Moroso Part No. 27335, is CNC machined from a solid billet block of 6061 T6 Aluminum with thicker cross sections for improved strength and will not leak through porosity from casting defects.
