• FINALLY an engineered solution to carbon coated pistons, oil saturated air cleaners and oil blow by all over your clean ride!Moroso Performance Products has been manufacturing oiling systems and oil system accessories for over 50 years and our engineers have been hard at work designing an air-oil separator/catch can system for late model Harley Davidson engines, that will eliminate oil misting and blow-by back into your induction system.The Moroso air-oil separator/catch can system keeps the H-D cylinder head breather system fully functional. It filters out crankcase vapors, oil mist & condensation that normally vent to the intake system. This will keep your air filter, throttle body, intake, pistons & valves free of excessive oil and carbon build up.Our system is different than others on the market. It separates the vapors breathing from your engine, collecting them in our air-oil separator/catch can system while clean filtered air re-circulates back into the intake. Once the air oil separator/catch can system fills, it will need to be drained as a service item. This also can be done at oil changes and normal service intervals.From the factory, a motorcycle's breather system vents excess crankcase vapors, un-burnt fuel, residual oil and moisture back into the intake which compromises performance and durability.The Moroso air-oil separator/catch can system plumbs inline of the breather system and filters the excess crankcase vapors, exhaust vapors, residual oil and moisture before it re-enters the engine, reducing detonation, knock and helps rid deposits in the intake tract including valves and pistons.The two piece body of the air-oil separator/catch can system unscrews for easy cleaning and service.The Moroso air-oil separator/catch can system does not vent to atmosphere like other breather kits on the market, this keeps oil in the canister, off your bike, and more importantly off the ground!Available in multiple finish options to suit your bike.Proudly Made In the U.S.A.
