Fits GM, Mopar and most Fords. Eliminates excessive distributor end play, which causes spark scatter. Contains 2-.010'', 1-.020'' and 1-.050'' shims for 1/2'' diameter shafts .
Distributor Shim and Bushing Kit: (Pictured)
Thi combination shim & bushing kit precisely fills the gap between the distributor flange and the manifold when using excessively milled heads and/or block. It features a longer and larger diameter pilot, necessary for oversize distributor bore, which is common in most aftermarket manifolds. Complete with shims & bushing, which raises distributor .125''; shims are 1 each of .030'', .060'', .090'' nylon material.

Having the distributor at the correct height in the block, especially with milled heads or deck, prevents oil pump bind and spark scatter. These shims are designed to be installed between the block and the distributor mounting flange to give the correct spacing. Three nylon shims with thicknesses of .030'', .060'' & .100'' are included.
