By rerouting the positive cable from the starter-mounted solenoid to the Mr. Gasket solenoid, you remove the potential fire hazard and cure "hot start" problems. The Mr. Gasket solenoid also provides an accessible place to hook up a remote starter switch and other battery powered accessories. Made for 12 Volt systems.
