MSD Ignition 121-8999 Features:
- MSD also offers a special Load Bank that will give you the ability to monitor the entire ignition system with an oscilloscope (not supplied) and without a costly high voltage probe.Through the use of capacitors and resistors, the MSD Load Bank knocks the secondary voltage of the ignition down to 1000:1 so typical scope can capture and read this signal. The amperage is also stepped down to a 0.1 amp to each volt so it can also be monitored. There is a probe calibration set up so most and scope and probe can be used.
