The Nitto NT555R Exreme Drag Radial tires are designed for competitive drag racing while being D.O.T. compliant for the trip to the track and back home. This tire outperforms all drag racing radial tires while providing impressive control and handling yet still delivering up to 15,000 miles of tread life for normal street driving. These tires are constructed with a specially formulated soft racing compound to provide maximum traction.

• Competition Performance - The overall construction has been modified to improve launch performance. The NT555R was designed to achieve a balance between maximum dry performance and occasional street use.
