Each heater core is manufactured in all new construction, not rebuilt. Copper is heavier, more durable, and transfers heat better than other more common materials that are being used in non-original style heater cores. This part fits: 1964-66 Mustang with 8" core and 1967-68 Mustang without factory Air Conditioning and with 8" core among other applications as listed.
