Over time, cracks begin to form around the bolts holding the top of the dash in place. These cracks allow motion and flexing, which can cause further damage and unacceptable noise. This Rattle-Stop Set keeps the dash on tighter, preventing the flexing helping to prolong the life of your dash, and aid in the prevention of the cracks that will inevitably form at the 3 bolts across the top of the dash due to flexing, vibration, sunlight and temperature swings. Unless your rig is stored indoors all it's life, never touches a gravel road, or never gets driven in extreme cold, then warmed up with the defroster, the dash will crack and start to rattle. Simply remove the 3 screws along the top of the dash and install these clips. Do NOT over tighten them. Mounting screws not included, must re-use original screws.
