This ProCharger System is supplied with proven tuning calibrations and a handheld programmer set for a 50-55% HP (@ 8 psi) power gain over stock, running pump gas for Stock engine - Stock exhaust or Cat-back exhaust vehicles only. Featuring the most advanced and durable supercharger, with the industry's coolest charge air temperatures, much higher power levels are possible with higher boost and custom tuning. Installation of this system is the easiest of any G8 supercharger system to date-a customer can install this system in his/her garage with common hand tools in a day. 100% reversible, with no trimming or cutting to any factory OEM plastics or hardware.

The High Output Intercooled Supercharger Systems for the G8 utilize the patented, proven and self-contained P-1SC-1 ProCharger, an exclusive dedicated, 8-rib supercharger drive system, automatic tensioner, a highly-effective, air-to-air intercooler, OEM-quality mounting brackets and eight larger fuel injectors for your 6.0L L76 engine. This system installs in approximately half the time of other systems, with no need to punch a hole in the oil pan, replace the engine intake, or deal with all the complexity of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler. This new ProCharger system also has a much more attractive and "OEM" appearance than others for the G8. Additionally, with the coolest charge air temperatures available, the HO Intercooled ProCharger system for the G8 produces not only the industry’s undisputed largest power gains, but also the best engine longevity. Running just 7-8 psi of intercooled boost on an otherwise stock engine, the ProCharger HO Intercooled System produces more than 540 HP while running high quality pump gas.
ProCharger supercharger systems feature easy installation, minimal relocation of components, no need for external oil feed and return lines and avoids having to deal the complexity and maintenance issues of an air-to-water-to-air intercooler configuration. ProCharger systems feature a visually appealing, "from the factory" look and come with a standard 3-year warranty on the intercooler and 1-year warranty on the supercharger (Optional 3-year supercharger warranty is available).

Quality
ProCharger supercharger kits are produced from the finest materials available. All castings are poured from "virgin" 356 aluminum alloy and heat-treated to a T-6 hardness before CNC machining. ATI's exclusive billet impellers are machined from 7075 T-6 aircraft aluminum, while the super precision bearings used in all ProCharger models are made in the USA, and are of a consistently higher quality and speed/load rating than those used by any of our competitors. In fact, ProCharger superchargers are so reliable that they are used as standard equipment by many leading boat manufacturers in the extremely demanding marine environment.
Complete Systems
Fuel-injected automotive and truck ProCharger Systems are generally 100% complete, with all the components needed for an attractive, OEM-quality installation. An exception is larger fuel injectors, as some systems exclude these, especially if larger fuel injectors are only needed for upgraded boost and power levels. All hardware is of the highest quality, and fuel-injected systems include a high-flow external fuel pump as standard equipment if necessary for proper fuel delivery. Most Intercooled ProCharger kits can be installed in 8-10 hours with simple hand tools. Carbureted systems can generally be installed in 4-6 hours. All ProCharger kits contain extremely thorough installation instructions with plenty of photos, illustrations and diagrams to help ensure a successful installation.
Warranty
ProCharger superchargers are absolutely the most reliable in the industry, and are backed by the industry's best warranty coverage. It is not uncommon to find ProCharger kits warrantied for 1 year at power levels which their competitors will not even warranty for 1 day.
