- The Proform Top Dead Center Locators are used to accurately determine and ensure your piston is at top dead center when you are cam indexing, adjusting valves, or installing the distributor. There are two styles of TDC (Top Dead Center) locators; one for use with the cylinder head installed that threads into the spark plug hole and a ''Bridge'' style for use with the cylinder head removed that bolts over the piston cylinder bore.Features:
