These Deluxe Replacement Speakers feature; Santoprene surrounds for smooth, natural sound, Mylar tweeters for crisp, clear highs and a Dip-cut magnet for extended pole piece excursion. Deluxe speakers also include upgraded features including Composite cones for rich sound reproduction and Neodymium magnet structures, which are five times more powerful than standard ceramic speaker magnets, handle a higher threshold, improve heat dissipation, and minimize mounting depth.
RetroSound Dash Replacement Speakers feature a dual voice coil design that enables two stereo channels (from the radio) to be connected to one speaker allowing maximum sound from single-speaker applications, since they are typically hidden under the dash a speaker grille is not included and they are sold individually.
RetroSound Stereo Replacement Speakers have a single voice coil design for true stereo sound reproductionand are sold in pairs. The most popular surface mount sizes include speaker grills, while the 3.5" and 4 x 8" sizes which are typically mounted under the dash, deck or behind a panel do not include speaker grills.
