Ron Francis Neutral Safety Switches and Wiring prevent a vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission from starting while not in park. These neutral safety switches can also be used to mount a backup light switch, with a separate circuit. These Neutral Safety Switches do not work with gear shift indicators mounted in the same position.
