The Nautic Series of winches by Rugged Ridge are designed to be extremely durable and to keep your vehicle or your friend's rig from getting stuck. The durability starts at the X-braced gearbox housing to increase strength, with the knowledge of what their winches will be subjected to, Rugged Ridge designed the motor, gearbox, and solenoid to withstand water, earning an IP67 water resistance rating. To combat the water and further increase the durability, stainless steel hardware was chosen to prevent the otherwise buildup of rust. 

Standard is the 3-stage planetary gearbox, with available 265:1 or 172.8:1 gear ratios. To make bumper fitment easier, the solenoid box is fully configurable which means it can be mounted in multiple positions. Included is a controller with a 12 ft. cable to allow the operator to have plenty of space to move around. Each winch is available with synthetic rope, or steel cable with a powder-coated latch hook.
