  Sanderson Headers JAYMUFFLER-SEC Features:

  Jayster baffles (muffler) inserts for the Sanderson Jayster lakes-style outside chassis headers. Sold as a pair.

Notes: Not designed for applications already using under-chassis exhaust, or in conjunction with functional under-chassis connections. Used on applications either without an under chassis exhaust connection or when the connection is blocked off and the exhaust now flows out the end of the header. Please select the correct finish to match your Jayster headers from the drop-down menu. Silver Ceramic, Black Satin Ceramic, or Plain Steel (raw metal, unfinished) The Limefire “LFmuffler in. is shown in the included images. The Jayster muffler is similar (4-bolt flange instead of the 3-bolt Limefire).

Installation Notes:

The Patented Leak-Free Design on Sanderson Headers provides the only leak-free flange design on the market … Do Not Attempt To Use Flange Gaskets! The raised flange on tube-style Sanderson Headers will buckle the gasket during tightening and cause a leak! Sanderson Headers are NOT emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Wrapping Sanderson Headers with ANY thermal tape voids the header warranty.
