The thermostat housing, or water neck, is the aluminum outlet that routes coolant from the intake to the upper radiator hose. Age and corrosion leave the original pitted and prone to leaks, and this Scott Drake piece is a concours reproduction cast to match the factory 289 and 302 part, including the original Ford part number.
