This direct-fit replacement air cleaner easily installs into the engine bay area of all 1965-1973 Mustangs with a 2-barrel or 4-barrel carburetor. Simply remove your old, stock air cleaner and replace it with this brand-new Scott Drake version. This high-quality oval air cleaner assembly includes a bottom single-carburetor plate, an air filter element, a carburetor stud, deluxe wing nut, and a carburetor spacer collar. This air cleaner comes in a vintage, oval shape and the sanded lines on the top edges emulate the original assemblies. The measurements are 21" in length, 9-3/4" in width, and 2-1/16" in height and will neatly fit under the hood of your Mustang. It works to filter the air coming into the engine, making sure no debris or pollutants make its way in.
