Ford Competition Series Timing Chain Sets
- BB-Ford 429-460 Competition Series Timing Chain
- Competition Series timing chain sets are the choice for professional racing applications, and are also recommended for serious street performance vehicles. The Competition Series sets combine sophisticated engineering with premium materials to deliver the highest quality timing components. All Competition Series sets utilize an extra durable .250'' diameter roller chain to eliminate chain stretch. The seamless steel rollers are free spinning on high strength steel pins, for the maximum in friction reduction. Cam sprockets are heat treated cast iron, with tooth profiles precision machined to match the chain characteristics. Matching multi-keyway crank sprockets are heat treated steel to minimize wear. Also sprockets are heat treated steel to minimize wear.

- Fel-Pro gaskets for leak-free sealing under pressure
- National Oil Seals for a precise fit and long-lasting performance
