- This SLP Pinning Kit is designed for GM LS-Based engines where the crankshaft and factory harmonic balancer does not use a keyway to positively locate and lock the stock harmonic balancer and allows the crankshaft and harmonic balancer to be pinned together with a hardened steel pin without removing the harmonic balancer or crankshaft. Designed for supercharged, turbocharged, or other high-horsepower engine applications. Includes an alignment tool, all necessary hardware and detailed instructions. NOTE: Some aftermarket crankshafts and harmonic balancers come with keyways while factory crankshafts and harmonic balancers do not. Does not fit LS7 Engines.
