- This high performance clutch package is the perfect replacement or high-performance upgrade for you 1998-04 LS1 powered manual transmission vehilce. An OE quality clutch disc and self-adjusting pressure plate are mated to a high strength, lightweight, billet steel flywheel. Much stronger than stock, the billet flywheel is also 8lbs lighter! The pressure plate offers 20% more clamping force than stock and the disc has a heavy spline. Your engine will rev faster and your 1/4 mile times wil drop significantly. This is a must for high horsepower street cars! Shipped complete with installation instructions and new crankshaft pilot bearing.
Note: NOTE: 2001 Z06 Corvettes and all 2002 - up LS1/LS6 vehicles were factory equipped with the same clutch and pressure plate included with this package. To upgrade one of these vehicles, simply install SLP's billet flywheel.
