This remanufactured valve body is a direct replacement for 2004-2005 Allison 1000/2000/2400 5-speed transmissions. The original casting is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and updated with premium components to cure common problems such as shift concerns, circuit pressure loss, clutch distress and overheating. Each unit is calibrated and tested so clutch, converter and line pressures match OE specification.
