The entire throttle body begins as a billet of 6061- T6 aluminum for superior quality and is introduced to a state-of-the-art CNC machine. From here it is precisely machined resulting in overall accuracy to within 0.001"! The air inlets have a fillet opening to supply a smooth entrance for the air. _x005F _x005FBrass throttle blades control vibration & reduce thermal expansion Bearing mounted butterfly shafts for smooth throttle action Shorter height for better airflow, easier packaging for tight hood clearance and reduced weight Comes complete with billet arms and stops.
