Torque Specs with Moly Lube: - 25lbs 1st pass, 50lbs 2nd pass, 70lbs 3rd pass (under valve cover).
- 22lbs for exhaust ports.
Torque Specs with Motor Oil:
- 30lb 1st pass, 60lbs 2nd pass, 80lbs 3rd pass.
- 28lbs for exhaust ports.
Torque Specs with Degrees:
- 22lbs and 76 degree 1st pass, add 34 degrees 2nd pass.
- 28lbs for exhaust ports.
High Strength Cylinder Head Fasteners
Speedmaster Cylinder Head Fasteners are available for a variety of applications and constructed of heat-treated aircraft quality 8740 high tensile strength Chromoly steel. These bolts are rated at 190,000 psi. All kits include hardened parallel washers unless otherwise noted.
