Made of billet aluminum and hard coated black, LS Motor Conversion Plate Kits allow a modern LSX engine to be mounted in most GM muscle cars and trucks that were originally equipped with a Chevy V8. They simply adapt the standard 3-bolt engine mount to the LSX 4-bolt engine block (Grade 8 hardware included). If space permits, conversion plates can be flipped upside down to set the engine lower and farther back in the chassis to drop the center of gravity and improve weight distribution. Polyurethane, stock-style rubber, or solid motor mounts can be used but are sold separately.
