Our polyurethane bushed and spherical rod ended combination 4130N chrome moly tubular adjustable rear lower control arms for the 1978-1988 GM G-Body cars outperform the flexible, stamped steel arms and soft rubber bushings that come from the factory.
Eliminate wheel hop and increase traction with an easy bolt on installation. The adjustability feature allows for the centering of the rear end housing fore/aft to gain proper tire clearance when running larger tires and/or for proper alignment after lowering your ride height.
The high quality spherical rod end provides for in.bind-free in. handling performance. The fluted polyurethane bushed end is mounted onto the chassis (floor) mount to absorb road noise. These combo ended rear lower control arms will still wipe out most bind, yet keep the noise level increase minimal for a street driven car.
When shopping around for spherical rod ended components, do not shop on price alone. The lower grade rod ends (which are much cheaper) will not hold their tolerances like the premium rod ends we utilize, this will cause substantial amounts of noise in a short time.
Fitment Note: These rear lower control arms do not have factory style rear sway bar mounting holes.
