Our Pro-Series rear anti-roll drag sway bar for the 1964-1967 GM A-Body cars eliminates torque steer and body roll during hard launches and will drastically improve consistency and stability going down the track.
This sway bar will work with any stock or aftermarket rear end housing and will clear all aftermarket exhausts and suspension components.
Our sway bar stock is 1-5/16 in. solid 4140 heat treated spring grade chrome moly steel. The bar is entirely heat formed and coined as one piece. We put our bar through this extensive process to insure that the final product will be the strongest, most durable bar on the market, and that it will be the most resistant to form alteration. Most aftermarket anti-roll sway bars are cold-bent mild steel making them weaker at the bends, and more vulnerable to shape alteration.
Our spherical rod ended adjustable sway bar end links allow you to pre-load your rear suspension for straight launches. We exclusively use extra heavy-duty 5/8 in. spherical rod ends with a Teflon® self lubricating race.
Installation Notes:
- Welding of the upper end link mounts is required.
- Use SKU 1031-1 spacers for an additional 1/2 in. of clearance. The included bushing mounting saddles space the sway bar down 2.00 in.. Adding the SKU 1031-1 spacers will provide for a 2.50 in. total drop. Some set-ups will require this additional clearance.
Axle Tube Diameters:
- Strange and Currie rear ends use 3.00 in. diameter axle tubes
- Moser 12 Bolt rear ends use 3.00 in. diameter axle tubes
- Moser Ford 9 in. rear ends manufactured after early 2002 use a 3.00 in. diameter axle tube
- Moser Ford 9 in. rear ends manufactured prior to early 2002 use a 3.25 in. diameter axle tube.
- Ford factory and other brand Ford 9 in. rear ends vary, you should check your axle tube diameter before ordering

• Heavy-duty 7/16 in. diameter silver zinc plated u-bolts
• CNC laser cut and formed 1/4 in. thick steel upper end link mounts (require welding)
• Greaseable and fluted polyurethane bushings (silicone grease packs included)
• Powder coated for a brilliant and durable finish
