Steeda's beautiful CNC machined billet camber adjusters allow for consistent, easy camber adjustment on S197 Mustangs. Unlike cheap camber bolts, these plates allow for a much larger range of adjustment and remain consistent under load. Camber bolts will tend to 'walk' under loads changing your alignment settings and producing inconsistent handling and tire wear. Their plates will hold their alignment settings under any load or condition. Plates allow you to add positive camber to reduce tire wear or negative camber for racing. Camber is easily adjusted by changing camber shims provided with the kit once installed making them perfect for quick camber changes in between rounds of competition.
Steeda's plates are made out of 7075 billet aluminum and have the highest range of adjustment of any system currently available.
Steeda has what you need to correct the caster and camber on your Mustang from their 4-bolt caster camber plates to their camber adjusters for the S197 Mustang. Their caster camber plates replace the soft factory upper strut mount bushing with a race quality stainless steel spherical bearing. They also increase caster for better high-speed stability and will correct camber on lowered or factory ride-height cars to reduce tire wear and allow for better cornering. Caster camber plates are sold in pairs. Camber adjusters feature a larger range of adjustment over camber bolts. They are made from CNC'd billet aluminum and will not ''walk'' under load.
