    SP- HBGP-A is a dual purpose high build specialty coating designed for priming andsurfacing metal and plastic parts. Fills sand scratches and minimizes imperfections tohelp smooth surface. This primer helps prevent rust and seal out moisture whileproviding a base for top coating. Excellent flexibility and adhesion so it can beapplied on both flexible and rigid parts.
