Samurai owners know that one of the weakest points on their vehicle is the front axle. The axle is susceptible to bending or warping causing misalignment, tire wear, and premature failure of front axle components. For any off-road usage, we recommend trussing your axle with our truss and gusset kit. This is a must for anyone planning to do a spring over axle swap or aftermarket suspension and tire upgrades.

The truss is notched in the center of the gusset to accommodate the factory weld on the axle.
