- Universal ''one size fits all'' crossmember motor mounts are made with heavy duty .114" thick tubing and available for an assortment of cars and trucks with open frame rails. These motor mounts are primarily for use with cars and trucks with straight front axles. Be sure to check the clearance on 4WD trucks and cars with independent suspension.For easy installation, measure the distance between the frame rails, cut the cross tube to fit and bolt or weld the end caps to the cross pipe.
