- Trans Dapt High quality throttle and transmission kickdown cables do not bind and offer smooth operation for consistent throttle manipulation for your hot rod. These universal throttle cables are available as a standard replacement or premium style with a stainless steel braided sleeve with a billet aluminum knob. Each throttle cable can be cut to length to fit your specific application. The transmission kickdown cables are designed for a carbureted Small Block Chevy with a TH350 or 700R4 automatic transmission. Each 24" transmission kickdown cable has a braided stainless steel housing and includes the linkage required for installation.
