High Performance for Hot Rods

These bolt-on UMI Performance Pro-Tour Style Tubular Rear Sway Bars are made for hot rods and designed for flat & straight starts. The bars are 1-3/8" diameter (hollow) with choice of street/strip, strip with drag radials, and full slick settings. A CNC-machined clamping system accommodates differential housing installation on 2.75", 3", and 3.25" diameter housings (can be bolted on or welded for added security; because the vehicle will be launching hard, welding is recommended). Double shear chassis mounts are held in place by four 3/8" fasteners with a top reinforcement plate for load distribution (requires drilling through the crossmember & includes template/instructions). In drag applications, the hex adjuster allows preloading of the bar for a straight start. .
