UMI’s 4060-1 GM A-body bump steer kit (1971-1972) is designed to reduce or eliminate toe change during suspension travel (bump steer). This improves handling, straight line stability, and overall precision of the steering system. The kit includes a heavy-duty 5/8″ bolt for the outer tie rod stud to increase strength over the factory tapered design.
