- Introducing the Power Wedge (Don't call it a Throttle Body Spacer)
- Balanced plenum inside the bore, which allows the manifold vacuum to pull across the total neck area in a more uniform fashion. This action reduces unwanted pressure drop and increases air flow volume.
- The bore has been re-aligned to help balance vacuum, which increases flow velocity (the stock bore is egg shaped)
- In the rear of the Power Wedge, VaraRam integrated a variable radius air horn to boost the air's velocity just before it enters the body of the intake manifold plenum, pushing flow and power even higher. The Power Wedge was kept to a minimal thickness allowing for proper idle pulley clearance on all OE applications.
- CNC-machined from solid Zytel plastic (the same material most OE intake manifolds are made from), the Power Wedge offers little to no added heat soak risk, and it'll last the lifetime of the engine.

No matter whether your car is stock or extremely modified, the Power Wedge is designed to tilt the throttle body downward to a specific angle of attack, allowing the lower pathway to open up to near 100% full volume to increase airflow, throttle response, and velocity. Gains of 8-12 horsepower & torque have been seen on stock LS3 & L99 engines with the Power Wedge installed (modified engines will gain even more).
