SheetHot Extreme line of heat shielding is an effective solution for protecting your vehicle from heat damage and maximizing its longevity. Available in multiple sizes, the SheetHot Extreme XT-5000 line is capable of withstanding up to 1830 deg F (1000 deg C).
SheetHot products are designed to engine, chassis, and electrical systems from varying ranges of high heat temperatures associated with high performance and turbocharging components. SheetHot is available in a variety of choices for specific heat protection ranges. From the adhesive backed SheetHot Flex which is suitable for up to 490°F to the SheetHot Extreme XT-5000 suitable for temperatures up to 1830°F, you will find the protection you need from the heat.
SheetHot Flex Adhesive are ideal for shielding areas of your vehicle where mechanical fasteners can't be used (e.g. fuel tanks, certain engine bay components, etc...). The adhesive backing makes installation easy. Suitable up to 490 degrees F (255 degrees C).

SheetHot TF-100 is a single layer dimpled aluminum material. It is the base product of the SheetHot TF range. The material properties are rigid and robust, ideal for stand off shields where weight savings are critical. Suitable for up to 1100 degrees F (600 degrees C).
SheetHot TF-400 heat shields are ideal when easy manipulation of the shielding is needed for proper installation on underbody components. Suitable for up to 1100 degrees F (600 degrees C).
