Vintage Air Generation IV SureFit Air Conditioning Kits are engineered to be vehicle specific for your late-model car or truck. Each A/C kit utilizes many factory-drilled holes and brackets to minimize vehicle alterations and retain a factory-clean appearance. All of these systems provide full OEM-Style operations including A/C, floor and/or vent heating, and dehumidified defrost. Gen IV Surefit Kits incorporate the latest technology available to provide optimal ease of installation and continual use.
Most kits incorporate cable converters that switch factory old-style mechanical movements to modern electrical impulse-controlled mechanisms that mimic the action of the original equipment but provide the performance and reliability of a modern A/C system while leaving a factory-correct dash. Complete Kits include everything included in the evaporator kit as well as all the under-hood equipment such as the compressor, condenser (where applicable), refrigerant lines, and drier as well as all brackets, fittings, and hardware for a truly complete A/C experience.
