Walker Products Air Charge Temperature (ACT) Sensors are precision manufactured from premium components in an ISO 9001-2008/TS16949 certified facility. The air charge temperature sensor is also referred to as the intake air temperature sensor (IAT) or manifold air temperature sensor (MAT). The air charge temperature sensor uses a changing electrical resistance value to measure the intake air temperature to the onboard computer. The computer uses this data and other inputs to calculate and correct the fuel delivery amount.
